Featureds
1.The machine is a servo motor-driven plunger type filling machine, practicing automatic bottle feeding, variable speed (settable) filling and automatic bottle discharging.
2.Accurate metering: servo system is adopted to ensure that the piston movement stroke reaches high precision. The diving speed can be adjusted according to different concentrations of materials to ensure accurate filling and no bubbles
3.Variable speed filling: When the filling process is close to the target filling capacity, variable speed can be applied to realize slow filling, preventing the liquid from overflowing out of the bottle and causing pollution.
4.Convenient Adjustment: Replacement of filling specifications can be done only by changing the parameters in the touch screen, and the filling head used can be changed in place at one time.
5. Unique feeding device: After filling is completed, the feeding device moves below the filling port to prevent excess filling material from contaminating the conveyor line
6. Achieve no bottle, no filling, and can add automatic feeding function
