• The equipment is equipped with material flow monitoring device, and the running speed can be adjusted automatically.

• The equipment is designed with a safety guard that automatically stops the machine when opened and has a high level of protection.

• All electrical controls are manufactured according to the latest CE certification mark.

• The equipment has only one independent center shaft, which allows automatic lifting and lowering without the need for tightening, and is easy to adjust, eliminating the need to change the position of the bottle press turntable and main shaft during secondary adjustment.

• The label feed mechanism and the main machine run linearly and synchronously, i.e. the running speed of the main machine is automatically adjusted according to the bottle feeding speed of the front-end production line, and the precision of the label feed mechanism is not affected.

• All stainless steel bottle guide star wheel and housing plate with smooth surface, which completely eliminates bottle scratches caused by friction.

Fabrication Area

All the accurate mechanical parts are fabricated in the Mazak CNC center. The fabrication accuracy: 0.006 mm. 

Over 90% of the mechanical parts are fabricated in our workshop to ensure part accuracy and machine stability.
