KN95/N95 Face Mask Making Machine

Gosunm automatic KN95 mask making machine is effective in mask forming, folding blanking, nose wrapping and welding tape; It can produce masks made from  multi-layer PP, non-woven fabrics, activated carbon and filter materials. From raw material to finished masks, the whole process is fully automatic without stop. It largely improve production efficiency and save labor cost to some extend.

Equipment configuration (standard and optional)

Non-woven fabric parameters:

a. The upper layer is 25 or 50grams per square meter and the width is 260mm (non-woven fabric)

b. The second layer is es fibre fabric, width 260mm

c. The middle layer is 25 grams per square meter and the width is 260mm (melt-blown non-woven fabric)

d. The middle layer is 25 grams per square meter and the width is 260mm (melt-blown non-woven fabric)

e. The lower layer is 25 grams per square meter and the width is 260mm (non-woven fabric)

f. Nose clip, roll material, width about5mm, thickness about 0.6 ~ 0.8mm
