Recently, our company successfully completed the production, testing, and shipment of a customized automated production and packaging solution for KF94 high-standard masks for a German client.

• 1 KF94 Mask Forming Machine
• 1 Earloop Welding Machine
• 1 Headband Welding Machine
• 1 Pillow-type Packaging Machine (shared by both types of masks)

While earloop and headband masks are not produced simultaneously, they share the same packaging system. This significantly improves equipment utilization and reduces overall investment costs while ensuring stable production processes.
