Recently, Gosunm's telescopic belt conveyor system has successfully completed the production, testing, and acceptance processes and has officially entered the shipping phase. This equipment will be used in express delivery and logistics parcel handling operations, aiming to further improve the automation level and operational efficiency of customers in parcel loading, unloading, transfer, and last-mile delivery.

The Greek customer specifically requested a mobile, extendable belt conveyor system to achieve efficient connection between the loading/unloading point and the downstream conveyor system, and to allow for future integration with a powered roller extendable conveyor system. As a customized conveying solution for express delivery packages, this project strictly followed the order requirements from initial demand confirmation and solution design to manufacturing and factory testing, ensuring that the equipment possesses stability, safety, and excellent scalability during actual use.

Shipping equipment details: Dual-specification telescopic belt conveyor system configuration

 
The main equipment included in this shipment consists of two telescopic belt conveyor lines:

One 7+14 meter telescopic belt conveyor line:

Main body length: 7 meters
Extended length: 14 meters

One 6+12 meter telescopic belt conveyor line:


Main body length: 6 meters
Extended length: 12 meters

Both sets of equipment are used for conveying express parcels and are adaptable to various loading and unloading conditions. They can be flexibly extended or retracted according to the position of the vehicles on site, effectively shortening the parcel loading and unloading path and improving overall operational efficiency.

Stable, secure, and highly efficient operation

In terms of core technical parameter design, this telescopic belt conveyor system fully integrates the actual working conditions and requirements of high-frequency loading and unloading of express parcels, and has been optimized from multiple dimensions, including structural strength, operating efficiency, and operational safety.

  • The equipment has excellent load-bearing capacity and can stably transport various types of express parcels, meeting the long-term operation requirements under continuous operation. The conveyor line adopts an 800mm wide belt design, providing sufficient load-bearing and guiding space for parcels of different sizes, effectively reducing the risk of shifting and stacking.
  • In terms of height and structural design, the conveyor table height is reasonably matched to balance the comfort of manual operation and the connection requirements for vehicle loading and unloading, making the parcel handling process smoother and reducing secondary handling. The operating speed supports multi-level adjustment, which can be flexibly controlled according to the on-site pace, enabling rapid loading and unloading during peak periods while maintaining stable and smooth operation during precise operations.
  • The overall equipment structure is reasonably laid out, with low noise and vibration during operation, making it suitable for various application scenarios such as express distribution centers and warehouse loading and unloading docks, providing a good foundation for subsequent system integration and expansion.

Flexible and mobile design to adapt to varying loading and unloading conditions


A key feature of this project is the equipment's mobility. Through a well-designed structure and caster configuration, the telescopic belt conveyor can be flexibly moved between different loading and unloading points, allowing for quick positioning and docking. This is particularly suitable for logistics scenarios involving multiple platforms and frequent vehicle changes.

In addition, we have equipped the system with a control lever, allowing operators to quickly adjust the equipment's position and operating status on-site, effectively reducing operational difficulty and improving on-site work efficiency.

Electrical Control and Power Configuration: Precise Matching, Stable Operation


In terms of power and control systems, this telescopic belt conveyor utilizes an independent motor and frequency converter configuration:

  • 1 telescopic motor + 1 corresponding frequency converter
  • 1 belt conveyor motor + 1 corresponding frequency converter
  • 4 lighting bulbs to meet the lighting needs of the loading and unloading area

Through frequency conversion control, the equipment can flexibly adjust the operating speed according to the actual work rhythm, achieving smooth starting and stopping, reducing package slippage or impact, and effectively protecting the integrity of the packages.

Strict Delivery Standards to Guarantee Optimal Equipment Performance


Before delivery, the project team conducted a systematic inspection and operational testing of the entire telescopic belt conveyor system to ensure excellent usability and stability upon arrival at the customer's site.

During testing, the equipment maintained stable operation at different operating speeds and extension states, with coordinated movements of all key components and smooth and reliable operation of the telescopic structure. Multiple rounds of conveying tests were conducted using actual package samples provided by the customer to ensure good compatibility and conveying stability under real-world conditions. Simultaneously, the equipment configuration and accessory installation were checked item by item to ensure complete consistency with the project plan. The entire machine performed stably during continuous operation testing, without any abnormal jamming or interference.

To facilitate remote confirmation of the equipment status by the customer, our technical team recorded complete video and image documentation of the equipment operation as required, providing clear and intuitive reference materials for equipment delivery. This series of pre-delivery preparations laid a solid foundation for subsequent on-site installation and formal commissioning.
